Tim starts each day by making his bed. He says this sets you up psychologically for the day. This way, no matter what the day has in store for him, he has already accomplished something positive. He gets his body in a good state by doing push-ups, sun salutations, or a cold shower. Ferriss also journals every morning for at least 5 minutes followed by meditation.
